Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once the product is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
• For cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be eligible only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.
• You received a wrong product.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Refund Conditions

• Proof such as images or unboxing video must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Used products are not eligible for refund or return.

Return Policy

• Due to the nature of food items, returns are allowed only in special cases (damaged/wrong item).
• Ensure the product is unopened and in original condition.
